At Pawiba, we take great care to ensure every product is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and delivered in excellent condition. Because our products are related to pet hygiene, safety, and electronic components, returns are limited and must meet the conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

To protect the health and safety of all pets, we can only accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the product:

  • Has been opened or used

  • Shows signs of wear, damage, or odor

  • Contains pet hair, stains, or residue

  • Has missing parts, accessories, or packaging

  • Was damaged due to improper handling by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Smart litter boxes after opening

  • Smart feeders or water fountains that have held food or water

  • Filters, accessories, litter, or any consumable items

  • Products purchased during special promotions or discounts


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

We will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and return postage are non-refundable.
